I began my career as an orchestra conductor [conducting video 🔗] and ensemble founder, where I learned to align talented people around a shared rhythm and purpose.

That ability to create focus under pressure now defines how I work with start-ups to build clarity and flow.
Over the past decade, I have led transformation initiatives across the arts, NGOs, start-ups, and financial services.

Through this work, I developed the Interlace Method: a practical approach that embeds change into daily operations, making progress measurable and sustainable.
